Drinking, Driving, and Kids

I just read another story about a mom driving under the influence with 3 of her kids in the car.  Crashed.  Killed one child.  When is it ever ok to drive under the teeniest of drug influence?  We all trust each other to understand what it means to be behind the wheel of a potential killing machine. We all have to be out on our streets driving, and we should not have to worry about inattentive, incapable, or inibriated potential maimers and/or killers.  I wonder if we could start making a list of all the fallout that pours down on an individual, a family, a neighborhood, a community, a state, and and nation from one incident.  Want to help list some stuff?
